One image is easier to send than five. Stitching pictures together is how people share a long chat as a single screenshot, show a before and after, or put the front and back of an ID card on one page.
Add your images, choose whether they run left to right or top to bottom, and download the combined picture.
Before and after

4032 × 2688 px1.75 MBJPG

4032 × 2688 px1.35 MBJPG

3447 × 4596 px2.55 MBJPG
Two 4032 × 2688 px photos were joined top to bottom into one 3447 × 4596 px image of 2.55 MB.
The result is a little smaller than the photos stacked at full size, because very large images are scaled to a size every phone browser can open.
The numbers are from a real run of the tool above. The pictures here are smaller previews of the actual files.
How to use it
- Add two or more images using the box above. You can select several at once.
- Use the arrows to put them in the right order.
- Choose Vertical or Horizontal and, if you like, a gap between the images.
- Press Merge and download the result.
How different sizes are handled
Images rarely match exactly. When stacking vertically, every picture is scaled to the width of the narrowest one; when placing them side by side, each is scaled to the height of the shortest. Proportions are kept, edges line up, and no picture is enlarged beyond its original resolution.
Long stitched images
Browsers on phones cannot handle unlimited canvas sizes, so the combined image is capped at around 16 megapixels. If your set would exceed that, the whole layout is scaled down proportionally. For a long strip of screenshots this is rarely noticeable, since each one remains several hundred pixels wide.
Frequently asked questions
- How many images can I merge?
- There is no fixed count. Two to ten works smoothly on most phones. Very large sets are scaled down to stay within the memory available to your browser.
- Can I mix JPG, PNG and HEIC files?
- Yes. Inputs can be in different formats. The merged picture is saved as JPG by default, or PNG if you choose it.
- Can I make a grid, such as 2 × 2?
- Not in one step. Merge two pairs horizontally, then merge the two results vertically.
- What colour is the gap between images?
- White. Set the gap to zero for a seamless join.
